No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. No aggressive breeds or mix of these breeds will be allowed (this includes Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Akitas, Chows and Doberman Pinchers). There is a one-time non-refundable Pet Fee (per pet) plus a monthly pet charge (per pet) applied to your lease upon acceptance. If you plan to have pets living in your apartment home, please be sure to discuss with property personnel for any recent changes to this policy.
